Free demonstration of the operation of Optima Steamer™ - We invite you to visit us or our dealers for a free demonstration of the use of Optima in practice. Additionally, it is possible to perform such a demonstration at the customer's premises to confirm the suitability of Optima for their needs.

Expertise on the selection of Optima model and accessories - during demonstration meetings, machines and accessories that will best meet the customer's expectations are discussed.

Sales – we serve both business clients and private customers. Sales are in accordance with the general sales rules in force in the EU and your country.

Free training – we offer you free post-purchase training in the use of Optima and steam cleaning techniques.

Fast delivery – Goods are shipped the next day after receiving payment via professional carriers such as Dachser or UPS. Delivery time is 3-6 business days from shipment and depends on your location. Own pick up is possible.

Warranty and post-warranty inspections and repairs - The standard warranty is 12 months for business clients and 24 months for private customers. In addition, we offer an option to extend the warranty up to 5 years !

Spare parts for all Optima models - in our warehouse you will find the parts needed to repair your Optima. We will also advise you what parts you would need.
